This cheese ball is impressive and tasty and 100 percent made by you! Our recipe is simple and is guaranteed to turn out perfectly creamy and spreadable onto your choice of crackers or toast. With a blend of cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pimientos, Sargento® Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese and more, this ball of cheese is sure to please!

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1-3/4 cups (7 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 drops hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • Dash black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  1. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and milk. Mix well with sturdy spoon. Stir in flavorings and seasonings. Gently stir pimientos and green peppers into cheese mixture.
  2. Use a mashed potato-sized scoop to help shape the cheese mixture into ball on serving platter. (If too soft, mixture can be refrigerated overnight.)
