Franks Buffalo Chicken Dip

This creamy, flavorful dip is a hosting must-have! Tender chicken is slow-cooked with broth and lemon juice, then blended with cream cheese, sour cream, and Sargento® Shreds with Frank's RedHot® Seasoning, for a bold, spicy kick. Topped with chives and served warm with tortilla chips, crostini, or veggies. For an extra punch of heat, simply add more cheese! 

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, broth and lemon juice in a small slow cooker.  Cover and turn to high.  Cook for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.  Remove chicken from slow cooker and let cool for 5 minutes. 
  2. Add cream cheese and sour cream to the slow cooker.  Stir until well blended.  Shred chicken with two forks and add to the slow cooker.   
  3. Stir in the Sargento® Shreds with Frank's RedHot® Seasoning, and chives.  Cook on low for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted in completely.  Serve with chips, crostini, crackers, or vegetables for dipping. 

    TIP: For more heat, add additional cheese, to taste.
