
This irresistible side dish brings big flavor to classic street corn. Sweet corn is blended with lime juice, creamy mayo, and Sargento® Shreds with Cholula® Seasoning for a zesty kick. Baked until bubbling and golden, then finished with fresh cilantro.

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients except cilantro in a large bowl.
- Grease a 2 qt. baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Spoon the corn mixture into the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted completely.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes or until bubbling. Cool 10 minutes, then top with cilantro and serve.
