Smokey Sargento® String Cheese coins are tossed together with cooked penne pasta, grape tomatoes, and fresh arugula pesto.

Directions

  1. In a personal blender or food processor, combine arugula and next 6 ingredients. Blend until thick and smooth.  Transfer to a large salad bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss until pasta is well coated with pesto. Top with more string cheese coins if desired. Serve.
