We’ve mastered the art of putting together a delicious sandwich with an unexpected ingredient that brings all the flavors together. In this recipe we’ve combined Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese with smoked ham and a bit of tangy orange marmalade along with a handful of fresh arugula for added freshness.

  • 1 lettuce leaf or 1/4 cup arugula leaves
  • 2 oz. deli sliced smoked ham or capicola
  • 2 slices sourdough or multi-grain bread
  • 1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1 slice Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese
  1. Layer lettuce and ham over 1 slice bread. Spread marmalade over ham; top with cheese. Close sandwich.
