  • 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut
  • 2 large plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • Tortilla chips
  1. Combine avocados, lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper in medium bowl.
  2. Stir in cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, bacon and jalapeno pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
