This cobb salad has beautiful presentation and is perfect for any meal. With bits of bacon, ripe tomatoes, olives, onions and chopped eggs, this salad can only be amplified with a hearty helping of Sargento® Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese and a dressing of your choice. Brighten up your table with this colorful salad; we guarantee everyone will love it.

Ingredients
  • 8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. real bacon bits or chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced pitted kalamata or ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup light Caesar salad dressing or light vinaigrette
Directions
  1. Arrange lettuce on a serving plate. Mix cheese and bacon Arrange cheese mixture, tomatoes, olives, green onions and, if desired, eggs in a row attractively over lettuce.
