This wrap brings chopped salad to your plate enveloped in your favorite tortilla that’s bursting with chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes and other fresh ingredients along with a cream Caesar dressing and the cheesy flavor of Sargento® Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese. These wraps are also great for when you’re hungry on the go!

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup seeded, chopped tomato or halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes or chopped jicama
  • 3 Tbsp. Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 4 (8-inch) flavored or whole wheat flour tortillas
  1. Combine lettuce, tomato, avocado and radishes in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss well. Add cheese; toss again.
  2. Spoon mixture down center of tortillas; roll up burrito style.
