I purchased (2) blocks of Sargento Mozzarella cheese to make homemade pizzas. The cheese was fresh and melted very well. My daughter and i enjoyed our pizza with extra cheese. It toasts up really well.

I got this product to cut in chunks and put inside meatballs and wrap pizza dough around each meatball and put all on skewers. It cooked great this way with the cheese inside and was delicious! Great appetizer to dip in marinara sauce!
