Ingredients
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, peeled, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. minced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. minced red onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 medium sized croissants, whole wheat if available, split, lightly toasted
  • 4 slices Sargento® Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese
Directions
  1. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, celery, onion and mustard in a medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Fill croissants with egg salad and cheese.
