Leftover grilled hamburgers are chopped and tossed with chopped bacon, mayo, and Sargento® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese.

Ingredients
  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 cooked hamburger patties, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Sargento® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 3 slices crisp cooked bacon, chopped
Directions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine crumbled hamburger, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Sargento® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese. Microwave 2 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
  2. Cut avocados in half and carefully remove pits. You may want to scoop out a bit of avocado to make room for the hamburger mixture.
  3. With a spoon, fill avocado halves with hamburger mixture and top with chopped bacon. Plate and serve.
