Make this dip for your next get-together or whenever you're in the mood for a creamy snack. The great taste is from Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut, mayonnaise, spinach, chopped Vidalia onions and crumbled bacon with a touch of paprika. It's perfect for your favorite crackers or dippers.

  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut
  • 1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Vidalia onion, finely chopped
  • 3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
  • Paprika
  1. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, spinach, onion and bacon in small mixing bowl; mix well. Coat 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add cheese mixture to dish; top with paprika.
  2. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until hot in center. Serve with crackers or chips.
