Put this dip together in just minutes using delicious and hearty edamame beans, Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese, parsley, fresh mint, peas spices and seasonings. Blend thoroughly in a food processor to create a consistently creamy dip. Enjoy with rice crackers!

  • 2 cups frozen petite peas, thawed, divided
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 cup frozen shelled edamame beans, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup or dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 32 rice crackers
  1. Put 1-1/2 cups peas and all other ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese in food processor and process until consistency is mostly smooth.
  2. Add remaining peas. Pulse briefly to desired consistency.
  3. Spread on rice crackers and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
