Picnic sandwiches don't need to be boring. This version combines creamy Colby-Jack cheese with fresh mint, sweet plums, robust peppered turkey and watercress.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup light mayo
  • 2 ea. fresh plum, pitted, thinly sliced
  • 10 oz. black pepper deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups watercress
Directions
  1. Spread light mayo evenly on 4 slices of bread. Top with slices of plum, turkey, cheese and watercress. Place remaining bread slices on top. Cut in half and transfer to sandwich bags.
