- Place a pizza stone on center rack in oven and preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- Stretch dough into a 12” round on a floured surface, then transfer to a well-floured pizza peel.
- Spread sauce evenly over dough to within an inch of the edge.
- Sprinkle half the Sargento® Shreds with McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper over sauce, and top with tomato slices.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Slide pizza onto stone. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is well melted and lightly browned. Remove pizza from oven with the pizza peel and top with basil leaves.
- Cut into slices and serve.
