- In a small bowl, tossed together lettuce, roasted peppers, pepperoncini and basil if desired. Set aside.
- Evenly divide the salami, pepperoni and capicola on the ciabatta bun bottoms. Top each with 2 slices of cheese.
- Top each with the romaine and pepper mixture. Spread 1 tablespoon of aioli or dressing on each bun top then add to prepared sandwiches. Serve.
