Bring the heat to your table with this blazin’ sub. Layers of Italian meats are stacked with Sargento® Carolina Reaper Jack Cheese for a spicy twist. Top it with a mix of crisp romaine, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, and finish with creamy garlic aioli on a toasted ciabatta bun.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, tossed together lettuce, roasted peppers, pepperoncini and basil if desired. Set aside.
  2. Evenly divide the salami, pepperoni and capicola on the ciabatta bun bottoms. Top each with 2 slices of cheese.
  3. Top each with the romaine and pepper mixture. Spread 1 tablespoon of aioli or dressing on each bun top then add to prepared sandwiches. Serve.
