- Spray the inside of 4 microwave safe bowls with non-stick spray. Divide the beaten eggs evenly between the bowls. Microwave or air fry until cooked through. Transfer one cooked egg patty on top of 4 toasted waffles.
- Place 2 cooked sausage patties on each sandwich over egg.
- Place 2 slices of cheese on each sandwich over sausage patties. Drizzle hot honey onto remaining waffles and place honey side down over cheese. Serve, or keep warm until ready to serve.
