This pizza features flavors from sliced fresh crmini mushrooms layered with spinach on top of a garlicky Alfredo sauce and melted Sargento® Shredded 6 Cheese Italian. It's all on a base of naan bread that makes an ideal meal with savory taste.
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 cup Alfredo sauce
2 (8 oz.) package tandoori naan bread
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1-1/2 cups fresh sliced crimini mushrooms
2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 6 Cheese Italian
1/4 tsp. black pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir garlic into Alfredo sauce. Spread over tandoori naan bread.
Layer on spinach and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top and sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
Bake in center of oven directly on rack 10-12 minutes.
