  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella - Traditional Cut
  • 2 Tbsp. minced sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup well-drained bottle roasted red pepper strips
  • 1/3 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
  1. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; top with pizza sauce. Combine cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil and pepper flakes. Sprinkle 1 cup mixture over pizza. Top with pepper strips, olives and remaining cheese mixture.
  2. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges.
