Not only is this pizza recipe delicious, but it will have your kitchen filled with amazing aromas as it bakes, too. We’ve put some savory flavors together like mushrooms, garlic and rosemary along with Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria and juicy shrimp to make this fantastic tasting pizza.

  • 1 (12-inch) thin pizza crust
  • 3 oz. pizza sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria, divided
  • 6 oz. uncooked, peeled shrimp (31-40 count)
  • 1 8 oz. red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz. button mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
  1. Evenly spread pizza sauce over crust. Sprinkle with 1-1/4 cups cheese. Place shrimp on top. Scatter red onion and mushrooms over pizza. Combine butter, garlic and rosemary. Spoon garlic butter over pizza, making sure to cover each shrimp with butter. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  2. Bake in 425°F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and crust is golden.
