You can make yourself a personal little pizza with the help of an English muffin topped with pizza sauce, Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella - Fine Cut and sliced pepperoni that will melt just right even in your toaster oven! With this easy recipe, you can have pizza any time the craving strikes.

  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 6 English muffins, halved
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella - Fine Cut
  • 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
  1. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half. Sprinkle cheese over sauce; top with pepperoni slices.
  2. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
