You can make yourself a personal little pizza with the help of an English muffin topped with pizza sauce, Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and sliced pepperoni that will melt just right even in your toaster oven! With this easy recipe, you can have pizza any time the craving strikes.

  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 6 English muffins, halved
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
  1. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half. Sprinkle cheese over sauce; top with pepperoni slices.
  2. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
