1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut
1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella - Traditional Cut
1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Place tortillas on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush oil over tortillas. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Spread sour cream over tortillas; top with spinach, tomato and olives. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over tortillas. Bake at 350°F 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions. Cut into wedges to serve.
