Make this easy and cheesy barbecue pizza with tangy shredded pork glazed in barbecue sauce layered onto pizza dough with a zesty salsa and a layer of melted Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut. You really can’t go wrong no matter what meal of the day you’re ready for.

  • 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 cups (12 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut or Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria, divided
  • 1/2 lb. pulled or shredded pork, coated with barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup salsa or picante sauce
  1. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll dough; press onto prepared pan. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 6 minutes or until crust is just beginning to brown.
  2. Sprinkle 1-1/2 cups cheese on crust.
  3. Combine pork and salsa in medium bowl; spread evenly over crust. Top with remaining cheese; return to oven and bake 9 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
