This turkey wrap is dressed to impress with an avocado mayo mash dressing made with apple cider vinegar, layered with slices of flavorful Sargento® Sliced Garlic & Herb Jack Cheese, crispy kale, sweet red apple slices and a surprising sprinkle of red onions and crunchy almond bits. All of these tasty ingredients are enveloped by a hearty whole wheat tortilla to make for an incredible meal anytime.

  • 2 Tbsp ripe avocado
  • 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 large whole wheat flour tortilla (10-inch)
  • 1 slice Sargento® Garlic & Herb Jack Cheese
  • 1 large leaf kale (stems removed), shredded
  • 1/4 small red apple, thinly sliced
  • 3 slices deli turkey
  • 1 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp sliced natural almonds
  1. Mash together avocado, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Lay tortilla on clean work surface; spread avocado mixture down along center of each tortilla, leaving small border on both sides.
  2. Arrange cheese, kale, apple and turkey over top. Sprinkle with red onion and almonds. Fold up bottom of tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.
