This bistro-style sandwich takes a lightly roasted croissant made of flaky and buttery layers of dough and fills it with slices of turkey, Sargento® Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese and a slathering of horseradish sauce with chopped red onion and red leaf lettuce.

  • 1 large red leaf or romaine lettuce leaf
  • 1 large croissant, split, lightly toasted if desired
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced deli smoked turkey or ham
  • 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
  • 1 thin slice red onion
  • 1 to 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese
  1. Place lettuce on bottom of croissant; top with turkey. Spread horseradish sauce over turkey; top with onion and cheese. Close sandwich.
