Pack these panini full of familiar favorites like deli-sliced ham, Sargento® Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese and some tender artichokes blended into a mixture of spiced mayonnaise to create a tangy yet smooth texture. Then toast everything for a cheesy meal.

  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichokes in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices Sargento® Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese
  • 4 slices ciabatta bread or 2 ciabatta rolls, split
  1. Blend artichokes with mayonnaise, salt and pepper in blender.
  2. Place 3 slices of ham and cheese between 2 slices bread; repeat.
  3. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Open panini and spread a spoonful of artichoke mayo on top of ham and cheese. Close before serving.
