Ingredients
  • 2 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp. basil pesto
  • 4 slices Sargento® Provolone Cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced salami
  • 4 oz. sliced capocollo
  • 1/4 cup sliced roasted peppers
  • 2 large leave of lettuce
Directions
  1. Spread basil pesto on top of the flour tortilla and place 2 slices of Sargento® Provolone Cheese on top of the pesto.
  2. Place the salami, prosciutto, coppa, roasted peppers and lettuce on top of the provolone cheese and then roll up.
