Light 'n' Spicy Southwestern Sandwich

This sandwich is packed with fresh crispy lettuce, juicy tomato slices, creamy slices of avocado and Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese nestled between slices of your favorite bakery fresh artisanal bread.

  • 2 tsp. light mayonnaise
  • 2 slices multi-grain or sourdough bread, toasted if desired
  • 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 romaine or red leaf lettuce leaf
  • 2 slices large tomato
  • 4 thin slices ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp. salsa
  1. Spread mayonnaise over bread; top each with a cheese slice. Layer lettuce, tomato and avocado over one slice bread. Spoon salsa over avocado; close sandwich.
