Antipasto roll-ups are completely customizable, but we prefer the classic Italian approach using salami, ham, and Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese to envelop the added fresh ingredients. With the help of a salad dressing to add an extra kick or creamy flavor, your lunchbox is set. Another idea is to make these wraps and then slice them into smaller segments and serve them are bite size snacks of appetizers!

  • 4 (10-inch) sun-dried tomato flavored tortillas or flour tortillas
  • 8 slices Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese or Sargento® Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced deli salami or smoked ham
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 2 cups romaine leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup Italian, Caesar or garlic salad dressing
  1. Place 2 slices cheese over each tortilla. Top with salami, peppers and lettuce.
  2. Spoon dressing over lettuce; roll up.
