Enjoy the combination of rustic Italian flavors all on one grill-top pizza that’s put together in just minutes with the help of Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese, sliced radicchio, roasted red peppers and chopped parsley all arranged onto a doughy pizza crust that will cook to cheesy perfection.

  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 11 oz. refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups radicchio, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Sprinkle flour on a clean, dry workspace and roll out pizza dough to ½-inch thickness.
  3. Brush with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and place on center of grill rack, oiled side down. Cook three minutes; brush top surface with remaining oil; turn over and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Place garlic on crust. Top with cheese, radicchio, red peppers and parsley.
  5. Turn grill down to low-medium heat. Place pizza back on grill and close lid. Cook 4-5 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
