Some mornings you wake up with a hunger for something that a basic and bland breakfast just can’t satisfy. That’s why we’ve created this breakfast burrito recipe that will take on the task of filling you up with tons of flavors and melted Sargento® Shredded Taco Cheese mixed in to give zesty flavor and creamy texture!

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Taco Cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 8 (6-inch or 7-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Sour cream (optional)
  1. Combine eggs and 2 tablespoons water; stir in 1 cup cheese. Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Add egg mixture and cook until eggs are desired consistency, stirring gently.
  2. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide egg mixture between hot tortillas; top with tomato, olives, onions and remaining cheese. Fold tortillas burrito-style. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
