<p>If you’re looking for a festive addition to a holiday buffet or party spread, this cheeseball wreath is just the ticket. It’s comprised of three different cheeseballs featuring Sargento® Mozzarella, Colby-Jack and Sharp Cheddar cheeses.</p>

Ingredients
  • Cream Cheese Base
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Naked Bacon Cheddar Balls
  • 1/3 cream cheese base
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sargento Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Fine Cut
  • Cranberry, Goat Cheese and Mozzarella Balls
  • 1/3 cream cheese base
  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbs. fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sargento Mozzarella Cheese – Fine Cut
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted pepitas
  • Avocado, Walnut & Colby Jack Balls
  • 1/3 cream cheese base
  • 1/2 small avocado, mashed
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sargento Colby-Jack Cheese - Fine Cut
Directions
  1. Cream Cheese Base
    Combine cream cheese and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and mix until smooth
    Divide into three bowls
  2. Naked Bacon Cheddar Balls
    In a medium size bowl combine 1/3 of the cream cheese base, bacon, flat leaf parsley, Worchestershire, cayenne and sharp cheddar cheese until well incorporated.
    Place in freezer for 10-20 minutes, or until mixture is firm enough to roll into balls.
    Roll chilled cheese mixture into balls and place on a parchment lined sheet tray. Chill in freezer for 10-15 minutes, or until firm.
  3. Goat Cheese & Mozzarella Balls
    Combine 1/3 of the cream cheese base and goat cheese in the bowl of a food processor. Mix until smooth.
    Fold in cranberries, rosemary, kosher salt, pepper and mozzarella cheese.
    Place cheese mixture in freezer for 10 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
    Roll chilled cheese mixture into balls and place on a parchment lined sheet tray.
    Roll in finely chopped pepitas and place on a parchment lined sheet tray.
    Chill in freezer for 5-10 minutes
  4. Avocado Walnut & Colby-Jack Balls
    Combine 1/3 of the cream cheese base, mashed avocado, lime juice, walnuts, chives and Colby-Jack cheese in a medium sized bowl.
    Place cheese mixture in freezer for 10-20 minutes, or until mixture is firm enough to roll into balls.
    Place remaining cheese in a small bowl. Shape the cheese balls and roll in Colby-jack, coating lightly all around. Place on parchment lined sheet tray and freeze 10-15 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Assemble
    Arrange cheese balls in a circle around a large round platter, making sure to leave an opening in the center. Garnish as desired with dried or fresh fruit, cinnamon sticks and fresh herbs.
