Cod coated in a yummy marinade and just the right amount of Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese will transform your fish filets into something magical with just a quick trip to the oven. Since cod bakes so easily, you’re sure to be left with flaky fish that’s still tender inside.

  • 4 cod fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Line a baking pan with heavy foil;spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pat fish fillets dry and place on pan; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream and dill together in a small bowl. Spread each fish fillet with green onion mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 10 - 15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with sliced lemon.
