Sliders make for great bite-sized burgers for any meal and any occasion. We’ve made them even better by stuffing each handcrafted burger patty with delicious Sargento® Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese that will make every bite of these sliders extra cheesy .

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese or Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella & Provolone Cheese
  • 8 small buns
  • Condiments as desired
  1. Preheat broiler. Shape beef into 16 mini-patties about 3 inches in diameter and 1/4-inch thick. Top each of 8 patties with 1 tablespoon cheese. Top with remaining patties and seal edges by pressing together.
  2. Place patties on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil patties 3 to 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Serve in rolls with optional toppings as desired.
