
This burger combines the flavors of an all-beef hamburger topped with New Sargento® American Cheese Slices and creamy mac and cheese. Add some crunchy iceberg lettuce and pile it all on a grilled brioche bun for an exceptional burger.

- Pre-heat grill until grill grate is hot.
- Form ground chuck into 4 equal 6 oz. patties slightly larger than the size of the bun. Season with your favorite burger seasoning. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes while grill is pre-heating.
- Grill buns cut side down for 15-30 seconds or until golden brown and slightly charred. Transfer to plates and top each bun bottom with about 1/3 cup of shredded lettuce. Set aside.
- Place burgers on hot grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes
- Transfer burgers to bun bottoms over lettuce. Spoon hot mac and cheese on top of burgers. Place bun tops over mac and cheese. Serve.
