<p>This dip is creamy, spicy, and loaded with bacon, it's topped with bubbly, golden Sargento® 4 Cheese Mexican Blend for the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Perfect with tortilla chips, this cheesy dip is sure to be the star of your spread.</p>

Ingredients
  • 4 med. fresh jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 2 med. fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon
  • 3 cups Sargento® Fine Shred 4 Cheese Mexican Blend, divided
  • ½ cup prepared ranch dressing
Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to broil. In a pie plate or shallow tart pan, combine jalapeño peppers and oil. Toss to coat.
  2. Broil peppers 4 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly charred. Remove from oven and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients except for 1 cup of cheese. Stir until well blended.
  4. Stir into pan with broiled jalapeño peppers. Top with remaining cup of cheese.
  5. Broil for 4-6 minutes or until warm and lightly browned. Sprinkle green onion on top if desired. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
