Roll-ups are a fun and unique way to present a tasty meal filled with layers of deli sliced turkey pastrami, Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese, your favorite honey mustard, pickled vegetables and crisp leaves of lettuce.

Ingredients
  • 2 (6 to 7-inch) flour tortillas, preferably whole wheat
  • 4 tsp. honey mustard or spicy brown mustard
  • 2 red leaf or romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese
  • 3 oz. deli sliced turkey pastrami or smoked turkey breast
  • 3 Tbsp. well drained mild or hot pickled vegetables (gardiniere)
Directions
  1. Wrap tortillas in a large sheet of waxed paper. Place in microwave oven and heat at HIGH power 10 to 12 seconds just to warm. (This will make tortillas easier to roll.)
  2. Spread mustard over tortillas all the way to edges. Arrange lettuce, cheese, turkey and pickled vegetables over tortillas; roll up.
