Turkey, Bacon & Aged Gouda Sandwich with Crunchy Onions

Ingredients
  • 4 ea. Pretzel buns, salted & baked
  • 8 slices Sargento® Reserve Series™ Aged Gouda
  • 1 lbs. Deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked, cut in half
  • 2 cups Watercress or arugula, washed
  • 1 cup Canned fried onions, baked
Directions
  1. Cut pretzel bun in half and place bottoms on a cutting board or clean surface. Place 1 slice of cheese on each bun bottom. Place watercress on top of cheese. Pile 4 ounces of turkey over watercress. Lay another slice of cheese over turkey. Place 4 bacon halves on each bun over cheese. Top each sandwich with fried onions and pretzel bun top. Serve.
