Start your morning out right with this lovely flaky croissant sandwich that’s packed with rich tasting Sargento® Sliced Havarti Cheese among scrambled eggs with dill and smoked salmon for sublimely savory flavor with every bite. This sandwich is sure to fill you up without feeling too heavy and is also great for when you’re on the go!

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 large eggs or 3 eggs and 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 oz. sliced smoked salmon or lox, cut into strips
  • 4 large croissants or bagel square bread, split in half lengthwise, toasted if desired
  • 4 slices Sargento® Sliced Havarti Cheese, cut diagonally in half
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Beat together eggs, salt, dill weed and pepper. Stir in salmon; add to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are soft-set, about 3 minutes.
  2. Spoon mixture onto bottoms of croissants; top with cheese. Close sandwiches with tops of croissants.
