Bacon and Veggie Wrap

- 4 Flour tortillas
- ½ cup Roasted red pepper hummus
- 8 slices Sargento® Colby Jack Cheese
- 4 Bell peppers cored, seeded & cut into strips
- 8 slices Cooked bacon
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 8 slices Tomato
- Lay the tortillas on a work surface and spread with roasted red pepper hummus. Place 2 slices each of the cheese on the hummus and layer with carrots, cucumbers, peppers, bacon, lettuce & tomato.
- Roll up, cut in half & serve.
