Ingredients
  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • ½ cup Roasted red pepper hummus
  • 8 slices Sargento® Colby Jack Cheese
  • 4 Bell peppers cored, seeded & cut into strips
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices Tomato
Directions
  1. Lay the tortillas on a work surface and spread with roasted red pepper hummus. Place 2 slices each of the cheese on the hummus and layer with carrots, cucumbers, peppers, bacon, lettuce & tomato.
  2. Roll up, cut in half & serve.
