- 4 slices of Sargento® Ultra Thin® Colby-Jack Cheese Slices
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/3 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1.5 oz. sliced deli beef
- 1/4 seedless cucumber, peeled and cut lengthwise into 8 slices
- Place 4 slices of cheese adjacently on working surface to create a large square. Place your ingredients on top of the cheese. Roll up the cheese around your ingredients and enjoy!
