<p><span>You can never go wrong with a hot plate of steaming ravioli tossed in a spicy marinara sauce. Finish it off with spinach and Sargento</span><sup>®</sup><span>&nbsp;Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.</span></p>

Directions
  1. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce in bottom of 9-inch square or 2-quart shallow baking dish. Layer half the ravioli, half the Mozzarella cheese, and of all the spinach in dish. Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, pasta sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

This may be a ‘company website’ but it’s a simple & delicious recipe, nonetheless. I had some organic baby spinach and cooked down a big batch of it with some avocado oil in a hot skillet (hardly any liquid remained). Added some dried Italian herbs on top. Sargento mozzarella and other items I had on hand. Frozen ricotta & spinach filled raviolis from Sam’s.
