Ingredients
Directions
  1. Place the bottoms of each hard-boiled egg on a small plate. Fold the halves of cheese in half and place one folded half on each egg bottom.
  2. Place 1 slice of chicken over cheese.
  3. Place 2 quarters of bacon over chicken.
  4. Place 4 pieces of arugula over bacon.
  5. Place 1 slice of tomato over arugula.
  6. Spoon a small dollop of mayo over tomato, (optional)
  7. Place top of each egg on top of ingredients.
  8. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Serve.
