These burgers are filled with flavor as big as Texas! Treat your taste buds to tender beef patties topped with Sargento® Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese, strips of crispy cooked bacon and barbecue sauce between your favorite lightly toasted hamburger buns.

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 16 slices Sargento® Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 slices crisply cooked bacon
  • 8 hamburger buns, split
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  1. Preheat grill or broiler. Shape beef into 8 patties, 4 inches in diameter and 1/2-inch thick.
  2. Grill patties, 5 minutes each side or until no longer pink in center (see below). Grill or lightly toast hamburger buns.
  3. Top patties with 2 slices of cheese before removing from grill or broiler; let melt. Place patties on buns; layer two slices of bacon atop melted cheese; serve with BBQ sauce.
