  • 3/4 lb. lean ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp olive tapenade
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
  • 4 slices Sargento® Garlic & Herb Jack Cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 red leaf lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 16 slices cucumber
  • 4 rounds thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup prepared tzatziki sauce
  1. Mix together pork, beef, bread crumbs, egg, tapenade, oregano, salt and pepper. Divide into 4 portions and shape into 1/2-inch-thick patties.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill patties for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until grill-marked and cooked through. Top each patty with cheese; cook for about 1 minute or until cheese starts to melt. Meanwhile, grill buns for about 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Assemble burgers in buns with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and tzatziki sauce.
