Ingredients
- 8 hamburger patties (about ¼ lb. each)
- 2 Tbsp. McCormick® Grill Mates® Hamburger Seasoning
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. French’s Classic Yellow Mustard
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Relish
- 4 split sesame seeded hamburger buns, toasted
- 8 slices Sargento® Sliced Colby-Jack Natural Cheese
- 8 slices Sargento® Creamery Sliced Natural Cheddar Cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 16 dill pickle chips
- 3 Tbsp. diced red onion
- ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce, optional
Directions
- Place hamburger patties on a large, foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle both sides of burgers with hamburger seasoning. Set aside.
- Pre-heat gas or charcoal grill.
- For Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Set aside.
- Place hamburger patties on hot grill over direct heat. Grill for 2 minutes or until charred on the bottom. Flip burgers and grill for another minute. Top each burger with 2 slices of cheese and 3 half pieces of bacon. Grill for another minute or until cheese starts to melt. Using a spatula, stack cheeseburgers to make four double cheeseburgers, and transfer to a clean platter.
- To Assemble: Spread bun bottoms with about 1 ½ Tablespoons of prepared sauce. Top each with 4 slices of pickle, about 2 teaspoons of diced red onion and shredded lettuce if desired. Top each bun with a double cheeseburger. Finish with bun top and serve.
