These melts are great for morning, noon or night. They feature delicate crabmeat on top of a slathering of mayo, sprinkled green onions and Sargento® Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese — all inside English muffins toasted until the cheese is melted. Every bite is absolutely delicious.

  • 12 oz. canned crabmeat, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. light or regular mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
  • 4 sourdough English muffins, split and lightly toasted
  • 8 slices Sargento® Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese
  1. Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise and green onion in large bowl. Spread mixture over toasted English muffin halves; top with cheese.
  2. Place under preheated broiler 5 inches from heat source 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
