Ramp up your usual tuna sandwich with this Italian-style herb and cheese-stuffed version. 

Ingredients
  • 1 can (6 oz) oil-packed tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fennel
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped drained capers
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 2 croissants, split
  • 2 slices Sargento® 5 Cheese Italian
  • 1/2 cup mixed baby salad greens
Directions
  1. In bowl, stir together tuna, mayonnaise, fennel, parsley, capers, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper until combined.
  2. Line rolls with cheese and salad greens; top with tuna salad.
