<p><span>Combine bright, crunchy veggies, fresh fruit and creamy Sargento® Natural Cheese for a perfectly snackable Summertime Charcuterie board.</span></p>
Ingredients
- 2 blocks Sargento® Fiesta Pepper-Jack Cheese, cut into slices
- 1 block Sargento® Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into slices
- 24 ea. Assorted crackers or breadsticks
- 1 cup Sugar snap peas, trimmed, washed
- 1 bunch Radishes, trimmed, washed
- 2 baby Cucumbers, cut into diagonal slices
- 1 stick Hard salami, cut into slices
- 1 pint Tri-color grape tomatoes, washed
- 2 cups Assorted pickled peppers
- 12 spears Asparagus, blanched
- 1 cup Pomegranate arils
- ½ cup Dried apricots
- ½ cup Assorted olives
- ½ cup Honey
- 6 ea. Green onions, trimmed, washed
- 6 small Tri-color carrots, optional
Directions
- 1. Arrange all ingredients in compact piles on a large wooden board or large tray. Serve.
