Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Sargento® Sliced Colby-Jack Natural Cheese, 11 slices
- 1 Pkg. Sargento® Sliced Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese, 11 slices
- 3 med. carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- ½ cup dried apricots
- 1 small cooked beet, peeled and thinly sliced
- ¼ lb. bresaola, thinly sliced
- 1 cup purple grapes
- ½ cup dried cranberries or cherries
- ¼ lb. salami, thinly sliced
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup radish slices
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 baby cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup green grapes
Directions
- Cut the cheese into various shapes and shingle in a wavey shape near the middle of an oval platter or board. Arrange the remaining ingredients in sections around the cheese. Serve.
