Ingredients
  • 1 Pkg. Sargento® Sliced Colby-Jack Natural Cheese, 11 slices
  • 1 Pkg. Sargento® Sliced Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese, 11 slices
  • 3 med. carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • 1 small cooked beet, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ¼ lb. bresaola, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup purple grapes
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or cherries
  • ¼ lb. salami, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup radish slices
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 baby cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup green grapes
Directions
  1. Cut the cheese into various shapes and shingle in a wavey shape near the middle of an oval platter or board. Arrange the remaining ingredients in sections around the cheese. Serve.
